Stacey was born and raised in the Lower Mainland of B.C. Growing up, she developed a passion for modelling and fashion at an early age. She learned the best ways to showcase designs created by local designers and fashion houses, both on and off camera. Years later, Stacey began coaching for film, print, and television, both locally and internationally. She mastered the art of personal branding, helping her clients stand out in a competitive market and fostering connections that led to valuable conversations. Her ability to bring out the best in her clients was evident through the numerous connections she made throughout her career.
Stacey started her family by living in Vancouver, then to California, and eventually settling in Arizona. During this time, she dedicated herself to raising her two children. As a creative outlet, she volunteered her skills by staging homes for low-income families and single mothers wishing to sell their homes.
After returning to B.C. in 2009, Stacey continued her education in Applied Behaviour Analysis and pursued a career in the field of Autism. In 2014, she was hired by the school district of Surrey, B.C. Following a difficult divorce in 2016, she furthered her education in Cognitive Behavioral Science. In 2019, she launched 321 You Got This Coaching, specializing in verbal and non-verbal communication, body language, cognitive thinking, anxiety management, and more.
In 2024, after sustaining her third occupational injury, Stacey decided it was time to change the direction of her career. A friend in the real estate industry approached her about creating workshops for professionals, recognizing a need for training in delivering messages on camera. They identified topics like body language, personal branding, and tools for managing anxiety and discomfort. After reviewing some videos, they realized that Stacey possessed the talent that many professionals needed. Everyone wants to be selected for opportunities, and while the existing videos were good, Stacey believed they could be significantly improved.
